As far as I can see from the 3.pcapng you are seeing this issue. 1.pcapng is encrypted. and 2.pcapng = 3.

We have to understand why the connection timed out unexpectedly. Please capture a sniffer trace showing this so I can see what is happening on air. You can experiment with the 32KHz source to see if this improves the link stability. e.g. use RC or try to increase the PPM value for the crystal.

Hi,

I am using a custom hardware. The issue is my board is working fine with MCP. But m facing a issue with iOS. Currently i have changed my phone from iPhone 6 to iPhone 5S. The frequency of disconnection has reduced. Is there an issue with latest iPhone. Or is it an iOS version, because the iPhone 5s is 9.

What hardware are you testing with? Can you try to change the 32 KHz source to internal rc? It would also be interesting to see a sniffer trace showing the disconnect.

What disconnect reason do you get? Try to increase the MIN_CONN_INTERVAL to 20 ms. The glucose project will disconnect if the connection parameter update request fails or if button 0 is pressed (BSP_BUTTON_ACTION_LONG_PUSH)
