&lt;p&gt;No, this values are defined by the Radio HW design that allows only the values listed in the&lt;a href="https://docs.nordicsemi.com/bundle/ps_nrf52832/page/radio.html#d939e10656"&gt; TXPOWER register&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;There is no workaround to get other values,&lt;/p&gt;
