What is the difference between 10 bit, 12 bit and 14 bit operation mode and 8/10/12/14 bit resolution in SAADC of nRF54L?

Best regards,

The three modes indicates the resolution that you will get. If a really high sample rate is important for you, while the accuracy is not, then it would make sense to use 10 bit, but if accuracy is more important than speed, then you can use 12 bit, or even 14-bit (requires oversampling, meaning that it will take many samples at 12 bit, to give an average value in 14-bit).

Best regards,
