Hi, thank you! You are absolutely right about this. I found this static partition yml file and copied it entirely, then added a node for littlefs, and paste it to pm_static.yml under my project directory. Now it is working. Could you please confirm if this is the correct way to do so? I also attach the new memory report here.

Hi,

The Thingy board files contain pm_static_thingy53_nrf5340_cpuapp.yml, which will statically define most partitions.
This is because you cannot (should not) do DFU without static partitioning.

I bet this is causing your issues.

Try to temporarily remove this file and see if that fixes your issues. If it does, we can look at how to best fix this after.
