 The error is &amp;quot;serialport could not be opened &amp;quot;. The same issue is reported in Programmer.

I was going to ask if you could try with an older fw which you can find &lt;a href="https://github.com/NordicSemiconductor/pc-nrfconnect-ppk/tree/v4.1.3/firmware"&gt;here&lt;br /&gt;H&lt;/a&gt;owever if the issue is only on windows I would start by upgrading nrfutil and nrfutil device&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;nrfutil self-upgrade&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;nrfutil install device --force&lt;/p&gt;
