With this description I think that the issue is hardware related.

Is it a Development kit or is it custom hardware ?

Any other changes?

Are you still able to program and erase the device? can you debug?

If it si a custom PCB can you maybe share the schematic related to the nRF52?

Can you test this code: devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../7450.nrf52-carrier-ch40-4dBm.hex

It does not use BLE but it does use the radio and with a RSSI viewer you can see if there is any output form the antenna.

Hi I am using nRF5 SDK 17.1.0. Initially my device was working fine. I tested BLE advertising, connected with the nrf_connect_mobile app. But after some time, I faced a stuck issue in my code. After this I restarted my device but was not able to see the device advertising.

Then I erased the code and flashed new application, still was not able to see the device advertisng.

What SDK are you using?

Can you share the schematic for the custom board?

If my understanding is correct the custom board no longer works with BLE, even if you change the code\example to something else. This would indicate that there is a issue with the HW and not software if this is ture.

My issue is quite similar to this issue: but I am unable to resolve and access some of the information, and it is issue with my Custom board.

Kindly check this also with addition to the explaination mentioned above.
