Hi,

The behavior you're observing with the multilink central example is the expected behavior. The central device can maintain multiple connections simultaneously, but the process of establishing those connections happens sequentially because there is only one radio that can perform one operation at a time. However, you can take a look at the NCS Bluetooth: Scanning while connecting, showing how to reduce the time to establish connections to many devices.

Please be aware that the nRF5 SDK is in maintenance mode. This means that bug fixes and security updates will be available as needed. See the nRF Connect SDK and nRF5 SDK statement .
