It would affect the FLPR core. If you don't use the FLPR core, it should be fine.

The default memory setting is reserved for the FLPR core. It can be freed for the cpuapp with that overlay.

Thanks Amanda, for your quick response. So, it is like the remaining memory is used for FLPR core.

And if we are not using it then same can be freed and used for app. Is my understanding correct?
