PR has been merged so can also get the fix from the NCS 2.9 branch directly.

Sorry for the late reply.
What you have discovered is an issue in Zephyr which has been fixed here: https://github.com/zephyrproject-rtos/zephyr/pull/82284 but unfortunately not included in nRF Connect SDK 2.9.0 / 2.9.1.

The fix is part of the latest nRF Connect SDK 3.0.0.

For your convenience I've also backported the fix to our v2.9 branch from where you can cherry-pick it into you own fork.

The PR is not yet merged, but you can fetch the commit here:

Is there any news about this problem ?
Because I can't use a newer SDK than 2.8.0 on my project because of this issue.
