&lt;p&gt;If the Xiao sense Plus is running at 3.0V then you should be able to flash it using the nRF52840 DK. You can connect it as in the image below and the interface MCU debugger on the nRF52840 DK should detect it and program the external board (Xiao) by default.&lt;/p&gt;
