Are you asking whether you should place the nRF21540 on the same board as the nRF52, or if it is better to place it on a different board, connected through a coaxial cable, which would be closer to the antenna?</p> <p>Remember that there are also some additional communication signals between the nRF21540 and the nRF52, which will require additional connections. To make things easier for yourselves, I&#39;d think the best solution would be to place the nRF21540 close to the nRF52. The <a href="https://docs.nordicsemi.com/bundle/ug_nrf21540_dk/page/UG/nrf21540_DK/intro.html">nRF21540 DK</a> can be used as a reference for your design.
