We have experienced some unknown resets in our devices specifically when woken up after being in storage for a prolonged period in ULP mode - about a year or so. Afterwards when we got the device into research to try and find the cause of reset

RE: Power Spike Reset

Hi,

The 300mV within 300ms period is absolute worst case over product variation, supply voltage and temperature. For a normal chip under normal conditions I would expect more in the range of 600-700mV. Normally a rapid increase is more likely to trigger the reset than a slow increase yes.
