I use NUS service connect with phone , send or receive data，after some process，may happen
the keyboard(use GPIOE interrupt) has no response, but the system can run normal

You need to provide more information about your application. also, have you tried using a debugger to inspect the state of your application when you no longer get a response from the key presses?
