It's the same yes, (as a fun(?) fact: if I remember correctly it was first ported to the nRF5340 during the pandemic when there was a chip shortage).

I was a bit confused if I could refer to this document, as I noticed the 'debugger' IC on the nRF9151DK is not a SEGGER chip, rather in the schematic provided by your engineers, it is an nRF5340, and I assumed the J-LINK OB debugger was something else.

Hi,

You can do the same with the external nRF9151 as the on-board nRF9151.

Be aware that the on-board j-link can not be used in production. Other than that you are free to use it during prototype development on your own hardware.
