From what I can see, everything looks correct in regards to the connection / board configuration. As there are no errors during the build phase and the start indicate that the W5500 is initialized.

This would indicate an issue with the W5500 driver. Did you look at zephyr\drivers\ethernet\eth_w5500_priv.h and zephyr\drivers\ethernet\eth_w5500.c?

W5500 is just an external device which i am interfacing to my NRF52840 dk. I want to know what lacks in my implementation to communicate with this device using SPI. I do not need any help as fas as W5500 is concern.

Please note that the W5500 is not a Nordic part, so a solution to your question is not to be expected.

Actually the version should be 0x04 but i am always getting 0x01 from above implementation.. Check this log.
