Doubt it's a big difference, all regulators, clocks, and DMA will be powered here all the time.

Alright, thanks for the info, I suppose higher frequency means higher power consumption. What increase are we looking at exactly between frequencies?

I don’t see anything mentioning PWM in the link you provided as it is about memory. I know that PWM frequency is programmable, but I’d like to know the range of frequencies available.

There is no DAC no, but you can configure the PWMs as according to:
