Okay, so the difference between nRF54L15 QFAA-AB and nRF54L15 QFAA-BB is the engineering revision, and the QFAA-AB build codes come from the even older engineering A listing which is no longer supported. Note that also QFAA-BB is an engineering B revision and not the production ready revision 1.

Hi Simonr thank you for the response. This documentation is helpful. I'm still not seeing any information on the specific hardware version "A" which I have. If I have a part that has a QFAAAB, that would be <H> := hardware version = "A" (build code AB<f>) which is not in the documentation or silicon errata. Can you provide what changes were made between hardware version A and B?

What each of these means is described in detail in the ordering information and a description of SoC revisions on what is what in the compatibility matrix. Let me know if you need anything more than these.
