We are using Softdevice S310 Version:3.0.0 and SDK:9.0.0.
My Device working on battery power. We are facing Flash write problem when my battery voltage goes to below 2.7V.
We are set below threshold.

You are specifying that the power should not go below 2,7 V, so then this is expected behaviour.

Is there a particular reason why have you set
NRF_POWER_THRESHOLD_V27
? If you set it to a other value, say
NRF_POWER_THRESHOLD_V23
, that should help.
