As an example, UART30 has dedicated pins available in GPIO P0.

For UART2x instances, they can cross domain, into GPIO P2, but only on dedicated pins, as described here:

Correct for crossing into the P2 domain. However, for the P1 domain, it can use any freely available GPIO, as stated here:
