Are you building for the nrf54l15DK?&nbsp; If so, I suspect the reason is because&nbsp;<span>&nbsp;</span><span>P1.14 is also connected LED3 on the DK.</span></p> <p><span>Do you see the same result if you use a ADC GPIO that&#39;s not connected to a LED that Matter uses?</span></p> <p><span>Kind regards,<br />Andreas</span></p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
