When I visited the Onomondo website, they mentioned that LTE-M is available in India:

I used this link to check which networks Onomondo provides access to in India. Could there be a difference between GSMA's deployment map and Onomondo's roaming agreements?

Hi,

GSMA Mobile IoT Deployment map shows that there is support only for NB-IoT in India. Operator's contact information is also available on the linked webpage.
