When I tested it with the version you requested, the DECT code doesn't work. It's not just the Thingy91x—it also doesn't work with the nRF915-DK.

How can I debug with the Thingy91x when connected as shown in the image?

What version of this modem FW are you using?

Did you test with latest tag of nRF Connect SDK, i.e. v3.0.0?

I use a demo kit as a programmer.

Do you have the DECT NR+ modem FW on your deivce? If so, which modem FW version are you running?

Yes, my device has the DECT NR+ modem firmware installed. We tested the code using the nRF9151-DK with modem firmware v2.7.0, and it works without issues on this setup.
However, the same code does not work on the Thingy:91X.
