What kind of errors messages or issues are you seeing on your end. I would suggest using the application closest to what you're trying to achieve and add configs for TFM/modem if missing. I think you can use the tfm samples in ...ncs\v3.0.0\nrf\samples\tfm for reference on how to enable TFM in the configs, and most cellular samples for setting the modem: ...ncs\v3.0.0\nrf\samples\cellular

I am aware of the page you suggest. Could you kindly, give me an initial suggestion how sysbild.conf could look like for me? Do I miss any more specific guide for my case (nrf9161, TFM, modem)?

Please refer to the "Migrating from multi-image builds to sysbuild" section of our technical documentation here and make sure you've followed the steps there in order to successfully move an older project to use sysbuild.

What kind of build errors are you seeing exactly when trying to implement sysbuild for your project exactly? Did you move NCS version as well to add sysbuild since the transition to sysbuild was not yet complete as of NCS 2.7.0, so there might be bugs there.
