What we have, is the nRF Mesh app (for Android, and for iOS), as well as Bluetooth Mesh libraries (Android and iOS). The nRF Mesh app is intended for use during development (not suited for end customers.) The libraries are intended for developing your own specialized app for your use case (typically for developing apps for end customers to use.)

There may of course be other options out there.

Whether or not these options support Networked Lighting Control (NLC) depends a bit on what you mean by support. The apps and libraries let you provision and configure the device, and to use the various models, but they do not necessarily provide specialized UIs for using the models.

Regards,
Terje
