Make sure the DK voltage is close to the voltage on the external target board (use the board configurator in nRF Connect for Desktop) and that the cable you use for the programming is short, >>10cm.

Hello,
My board is indeed externally powered at 3.3V (which falls within the range of 1.8V - 3.6V recommended by you) and yet there is still this error linked to register 0x08. I've already tried quite a few things, maybe it's my debug connections that are incorrect, can you confirm that the p19 debug connector has pin 1 on the bottom left (the one just above a sort of coding pin printed on the board)? ) I would like to know if you could provide me with the complete hardware diagram of the DK so that I can see how the integrated j-link debugger is set up.I've tried everything I can think of, including 2 cards that have burnt out.

J'aimerais savoir si vous pourriez me fournir la schématique hardware complète du DK pour que je puisse observer comment est monté le débogueur j-link intégré.

bonjour,
effectivement, ma carte est bien alimenté de manière externe à 3,3v ( qui entre dans la plage des 1,8V - 3,6V préconisé par vos soins ) et pourtant toujours cette erreur lié au registre 0x08. J'ai déjà essayé pas mal de chose, peut être ce sont mes branchements de debug qui sont incorrectes, pouvez vous me confirmer que le connecteur p19 de debug possède le pin 1 en bas à gauche ? ( celui qui est juste au dessus d'une sorte de détrompeur imprimé sur la carte ? )

This is a common error when target device is not properly powered so debugger can't make connection with the target board.

You can check if BL54L15 is powered and voltage levels match. Also, you need to check the Jlink version. Try to upgrade this if it's not on the latest one.

Besides this you can can try to full recovery using nrfutil device recover to recover the device from memory protection (by chance it it gets readback protection) .
