As we can see in the screenshot for the git project, the git project is on "master".
If you want to use the nRF Connect SDK v2.7.0, do the following with the DevAcademy project:

git checkout v2.9.0-v2.7.0

Thank you for your reply. Please find the screenshot attached. I also attached the project file, I was wondering if you could kindly check whether you’re able to build the project on your end. I’m able to successfully build all other samples on my PC using the same steps, except for the ones related to Lesson 9. It's so confusing.

The sample file:

devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../l9_5F00_e5_5F00_1.zip

The problem is actually the highlighted part in the main.c file. I replaced it with "BT_LE_ADV_CONN_NAME" then it had a successful build.

To verify, can you do "git status" in the ncs-inter directory, and post the screenshot of that here?

Hi Sigurd,

As far as my knowledge, I am using the correct repository. I'm a bit confused, since other lesson projects (for example, Lesson 5) build and run without any issues.

I’ve attached a screenshot of my workspace showing the branches available. Could you please help me identify what might be going wrong with Lesson 9, Exercise 5?

Hi,

Which branch of the ncs-inter git project are you on?
Make sure that this matches the nRF Connect SDK version.

(main should be everything after v2.9.0 in this case)
