It works, thx! after File/Import install the pack, click the drop box on the Device Tab, there are Device Database and Nordic nRF51 Series Devices, select the last one, done.

Sorry, this is not answer.

I tried File/Imort "NordicSemiconductor.nRF_DeviceFamilyPack.8.3.1.zip" on Pack Installer. I have the same error message. It is "Cannot install Pack NordicSemiconductor.nRF_DeviceFamilyPack.8.3.1: Cannot compile SVD file(s)" .

Please help.

I am using Keil uVision5.
