Just checking: did you use the west zap-gui and west zap-generate commands and were able to build successfully?

Diagnostics, on/off. level control and energy management (so I can read the energy consumption).

No I did not. Now I'm not sure anymore if I have tried them and if it worked. I did use the zap tool from Silicon Labs.

Hello,

Do you have the full list of clusters which you want to enable? I will try to reproduce your build error.

Also, are you using the west zap-gui and west zap-generate commands from an nRF Connect terminal to use ZAP tool? Please do if you are not already, so we can make sure that this is not happening because of a mismatch in tools.
