Hi,

wifi/shell compiled for other devices, such as the nrf7002dk board, does not consume this much RAM, so I suspect there's something local to your configuration. You should check what you can adjust in terms of stack sizes etc.

You are currently overflowing your RAM with >30 kB. You need to disable certain features in your project to lower the RAM usage.

My board have : 320 kb SRAM and 1 MB flash , it is possible using my board to run Wi-Fi sample?

Hi,

You're overflowing your RAM. Wifi generally requires from ~200 kB RAM and upwards:

If your device has limited amount of RAM, you will have issues running certain wifi samples.
