So yes, you can have a node which acts as both provisioner and GATT proxy.</p> <p>In nRF Connect SDK, which you should use for new projects, the GATT proxy feature is enabled through the <a href="https://docs.nordicsemi.com/bundle/ncs-latest/page/kconfig/index.html#CONFIG_BT_MESH_GATT_PROXY">CONFIG_BT_MESH_GATT_PROXY</a> configuration.
