The issue has been resolved by removing all Windows registry entries related to a specific USB device (by serial number), using the following method:

Download and run USBDeview (free, portable tool).
Find your device in the list (look for your serial number: 001051288714).
Right-click the entry and select "Uninstall Selected Devices".
Unplug and replug your DK.

Hi,

Are those boards both new?

Have you flashed any sample on them previously?

Could you try setting the device in Bootloader mode?

Note, the serial number (i.e 1051288714) is displayed in vs code
