Could you try to delete the credentials placed in your device? This can be done with nrfcredstore.
Install it:
https://github.com/NordicSemiconductor/nrfcredstore/tree/main
And list all your credentials:

> nrfcredstore /dev/ttyACM0 list

You will see a list of secure tags with the different key types. You should remove all credentials, except from these:

You can delete one by one like this:
> nrfcredstore /dev/ttyACM0 delete 42 ROOT_CA_CERT

Where the 42 is the sectag and ROOT_CA_CERT is the key type.
Once you have double checked that you only have the 3 mentioned above, remove your device from nRF Cloud in Devices:
https://nrfcloud.com/#/devices
and unclaim it from:
https://nrfcloud.com/#/claimed-devices

Later, you will need to install nRF Cloud Utils:

https://github.com/nRFCloud/utils/tree/main

Follow the instructions in the README. Flash again your project and try again.
