After using Android nRF Connect FOTA, the settings storage partition of my device was erased, which means that my device's PAIR information was lost and the device cannot be reconnected.
I am currently using ncs v3.0.2，Use external flash

RE: After using Android nRF Connect FOTA, why the settings storage partition of my device was erased?

Hello,

I am terribly sorry for the late reply.

Are there any changes between the pm_static.yml between your original and your current applicatiion? And what NCS version was the old application based on?

Also, the gatt error 133 in Android is quite geneic. I don't doubt that it has to do with missing bonding data, but can you please try to capture a sniffer trace when the devices are not able to connect? And for reference, please upload a normal connection (before the DFU). For these, you can use the nRF Sniffer for Bluetooth LE.

Best regards,
