I bought an NRF52 DK at the beginning of May from DigiKey.
I installed nRF Connect for Visual Studio Code Windows 11 today. I connected the NFR52 DK to the USB port and it was the first time I did this. I started the nRF Connect SDK Fundamentals

RE: NFR52 DK DOESN'T CONNECT

All errors are the same as this one:

What do you mean "It didn't work"? What was the error you got?

Exercise 2 works with all nRF Connect SDK versions and corresponding toolchains. The exercise asks you to build a sample from the SDK, so this isn't an issue with the application itself; it's most likely your toolchain setup.

RE: NFR52 DK DOESN'T CONNECT

Hi:

NFR52 DK is connected.

About the exercise 2 - Blinky sample:
I tried nRF Connect SDK and Toolchain last version for both. It didn't work.
I tried nRF Connect SDK and Toolchain 2.9.0 version for both. It didn't work.
I tried nRF Connect SDK and Toolchain 2.8.0 version for both. It worked.

The exercise can be done in 3 minutes, but I ended up spending two hours.
My suggestion is that the text in exercise 2 be updated to inform that the exercise works on version 2.8.0.

Regards and thanks for the support.

I hope you've read the nRF 52 DK getting started. [Link]

When you inset USB cable and toggle the Power switch to ON, make sure power LED turns ON.

Most common issues in such cases involves, replacing data/ USB cable as it may not be supporting data transmission and installation of drivers in the windows.
