Now use DPPI to link
TIMER10's PUBLISH_COMPARE[3] ---> RADIO SUBSCRIBE_STOP,
it works fine.
Now I want to trigger a GPIO signal through GPIOTE20 SUBSCRIBE_OUT, but it cant output signal

Does you application support Bluetooth or use the MPSL library with another protocol? This approach would not work in that case as the Softdevice controller will clear the RADIO configuration before use. If you want to monitor the radio (when used by Softevice controller) you can subscribe to these channels: https://github.com/nrfconnect/sdk-nrfxlib/blob/e380532c76d5750015bc4e53d7e2e9e27ac1f3c6/mpsl/include/protocol/mpsl_dppi_protocol_api.h. Also, if you want GPIO toggling on SDC radio events we have this config https://github.com/nrfconnect/sdk-nrf/blob/734014a82b5f373e6a5b1ef5c96699069b0f8826/subsys/mpsl/pin_debug/Kconfig#L7

Best regards,
