I was able to resolve this by reinstalling nrfConnect 5.2.0. I believe during the download that the nrf com connect wasn't installed.

I have my J-Link include the legacy USB driver, but I still have the same issue.

Hi,

Please try installing the legacy USB driver as explained by the user in this post J-Link legacy USB driver required on Windows for some DK boards.
