Hi,

NCS v3.0.2 would use sysbuild as the default. Your Kconfig fragment is not being considered because sysbuild in NCS v3.0.2 requires Kconfig fragments to be placed in a sysbuild/ subfolder, named after the image. Move your fragment there, and it should be picked up and visible in menuconfig and the nRF Kconfig GUI. See the Zephyr application configuration doc.
