&lt;p&gt;Sorry for late reply. The reset pin will keep the chip in the mode that it takes about 500uA. So it is not power efficient. How about system reset (nReset/SWDIO pin Lo)?
I don&amp;#39;t know the power consumption when  nRF51822 is in system reset.
