I also have the same requirement. It takes so much time (= almost 1 min) for swapping.

When doing the swapping, I am looking for a way to control GPIO for LED.

Currently, as soon as firmware downloaded and swapping process started, previously setted GPIO released (=LED off).

Hello,

I have also reviewed the structured hook interfaces in boot_hooks.h, but I haven’t found any hook that indicates real-time swap progress. I’m checking internally to see if there are any hooks available for your use case. I’ll follow up and update you if I find anything important.
