&lt;p&gt;When using NCS, it does not have such functionality. You can ofcourse choose to have a bootloader at address 0, then your application at a offset, but it is not a strict requirement.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It boots from 0.&lt;/p&gt;
