I did use the mynewt-mcumgr-cli, cause NordicSemi use it in your documentation.

Info:

Raspberry Pi is running Linux, so it should be nearly the same as a desktop PC running on Ubuntu

If you don't have the knowledge and experience about using mynewt-mcumgr-cli, could please point me to a supporter that has tried it.

I haven't tried mynewt-mcumgr-cli on Raspberry PI 4, so not sure what the issue might be. I suggest you seek help on https://github.com/apache/mynewt-mcumgr-cli/issues since the mynewt-mcumgr-cli is not provided and maintained by us, NordicSemi.
