Yes.. That is certainly possible. The DK's have on-board debuggers.. You can just use the Debug out port of the DK to program the external hardware. See here: https://docs.nordicsemi.com/bundle/ug_nrf52833_dk/page/UG/dk/hw_debug_out.html

What are the link above ? do i need them ?

if we make custom board can we also debug and flash them with the DK?

if not could you please send us the exact mouser/digikey part number for a standalone debugger please?

You do not need an external debugger on any of Nordic's DK's. It has an on-board interface MCU that works as a debugger and can be used to program other custom boards as well.
