The issue is duplicated [nRF5340 + nRF7002] nRF7002 wifi probe failure and wifi connection timeout issue, and my colleague is working on it. Please use that thread to continue the discussion. I will close this case.

The project already have a sysbuild.conf with SB_CONFIG_WIFI_NRF70=y and It is built with sysbuild.

Try to create a sysbuild.conf to include SB_CONFIG_WIFI_NRF70=y and build with sysbuild.
