Hi,

There's a compability matrix at the Causaway portal accessible to CSA members that show which device types the various gateways are supposed to have support for. I can't share it here. But as Marte suggested, it would be good if you test this with other commercial ecosystems to try rule out any configuration issues with your accessory. If it works with other hubs, I would recommend reaching out directly to Apple.
