 When i have a bootloader installed and i try to debug application, it doesn&amp;#39;t start application probably because debugger programmed application without the right headers. &lt;p&gt;The bootloader will go into DFU mode on startup if the &amp;quot;app valid&amp;quot; flag isn&amp;#39;t set. This flag will be set when doing bootloader DFU, but has to be done manually when using a programmer.
