Here is already PR https://github.com/nrfconnect/ncs-zigbee-r22/pull/8/ with fix for mentioned issue, waiting for review and to be merged to main branch.

In July 2025 we are probably tag and release new version of add-on.

Thanks for reporting the issue. Basically, configuration is needed here: https://github.com/nrfconnect/ncs-zigbee-r22/blob/main/subsys/Kconfig#L394-L396 and must be conditionally handled. For nRF52833, there should be 0x4000. As a temporary solution, please replace x8000 with 0x4000. We will provide the correct solution as part of an add-on soon.
