Can you please provide me some documentation and example codes to start the work on it. I have nrf52840 development board and its datasheet show that it supports zigbee and thread protocol also.

We offer Zigbee support through an add-on for nRF Connect SDK. For Zigbee development on nRF52840 (and nRF54L Series), the Zigbee R23 add-on is recommended. The add-on is in an experimental state, and suited for evaluation and development. The latest release for the add-on is v0.4.0 and the compatible nRF Connect SDK version is v2.9.0.

I don't have any specific information on-hand for this specific dongle. I would need to research this online to give you any useful information. But a tip is to find out if the dongle supports Zigbee R21 or newer. This will impact the joining procedures.
