That is possible.

Do you still see the issue after recovering the board and programming?

Are you able to reproduce the issue on the nRF54L15DK?

Do you see the same issue with Peripheral LBS sample enabled BLE DFU running on your custom board?

Some more context, as I just had it happen on a device that is not encapsulated, which allowed my to get some logs. When I press the 'send reset command' button, I get a 'Precise Data Bus Error, Zephyr Fatal Error 25: Unknown error on CPU0'. Pulling the r15/pc through addr2line yields /zephyr/kernel/mutex.c:117. I wonder if this indicates that this is related to this ticket of ours, which isn't resolved yet.
