I suggest that you use DFU over UART, you can find a hands-on exercise on this in our DevAcademy course, nRF Connect SDK Intermediate, Lesson 9 -- Bootloaders and DFU/FOTA, Exercise 1.

I also recommend that you go through the theory part of Lesson 9 and refer to the documentation I linked to in my previous reply as well.

nrf54l15 is an embedded module in our OTBR device, we have to do firmware update through our host. So what do you suggest?

We have a Thread RCP sample available in nRF Connect SDK which you can read more about here.

The sample does not support DFU by default. You can read more about our DFU offerings here.
