If you want to achieve both at the same time you can measure the nRF54L15 SoC current while supplying it from an external source by connecting your measurement instrument in series with the VDDM line at P6.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
